Democrat contender AndrewYang crowd surfs at 2020 election event: 'Now this is what I call a blue wave'
Democrat contender for 2020, Andrew Yang has brandished his credibility among the youth vote by sharing a video of him crowd-surfing in a room of supporters.
The 44-year-old entrepreneur tweeted the video of him at the AAPI Democratic Presidential Forum in Costa Mesa, California, where he spoke on Sunday, along with his fellow 2020 candidates Rep. Tulsi Gabbard and Tom Steyer. With the footage of him being carried along with the crowd, he wrote the message:"Haven't crowd-surfed in a while."
He added the hashtag #YangGang, which refers to his growing group of supporters that has pushed him ahead in the polls of more seasoned Democrats such as Cory Booker and Amy Klobuchar. He has tweeted footage of him crowd surfing at an event in California., he now enjoys 2.7 percent support and he has also reached the 130,000 unique donor threshold needed to qualify for the Democrat primary debates which take place this month and next.
