Bruce Willis' wife, Emma Heming Willis, has shared that her household cheered on his ex-wife Demi Moore as she scooped a trophy at Sunday's Golden Globes .Moore delivered an emotional acceptance speech at the 2025 Golden Globe Awards, where she won for her performance in acclaimed movie The Substance .'This is the first time I've ever won anything as an actor. I'm just so humbled and so grateful,' she said as she reflected on her more than 40 years in the industry.
Moore went on to share a deeply personal story from her early career, telling the audience: 'Thirty years ago I had a producer tell me that I was a popcorn actress, and at that time, I made that mean that this wasn't something I allowed to have. That I could do movies that were successful but that I couldn't be acknowledged.''I bought in and I believed that,' she continued. 'That corroded me over time to the point where I thought a few years ago, that maybe this was it, maybe that this was complete, that I've done what I'm supposed to do.'Moore described The Substance as a turning point.
