On Saturday night, hordes of influential figures across the fashion, art and film industries gathered at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art for the LACMA Art + Film Gala 2025. Raising funds for the museum’s exhibitions, acquisitions, and educational programming, the annual event, presented by Gucci, has become something of a fashion spectacle.
This year’s starry guest list included the likes of Demi Moore, Kerry Washington, Cindy Crawford and Kaia Gerber. “The Substance” actress, for instance, was clad in a see-through floral embroidered number courtesy of Gucci. Meanwhile, the famous supermodels showed off their mother-daughter style in form-fitting gowns from the Italian fashion house. Washington made a bold statement at the event, arriving in a colorful gown from Thom Browne’s fall 2025 collection. The top half of the dress boasted diagonally paneled satin fabric, with a pastel pink bodice and emerald green shoulder. Meanwhile, a long plaid pleated skirt offset the vibrant shades. Stylists Rob Zangardi and Mariel Haenn were responsible for the “Scandal” alum’s gala look.Decked out in baby blue, Elle Fanning played with texture, pairing a lace gown with a fluffy coat, both of which were designed by Gucci. Her dress included sheer long sleeves and a flared hem, while the topper was defined by a long train.
