Demi Lovato debuts new rock song Skin Of My Teeth with live performance on NBC talk show
Demi earlier wore a lovely green dress and short black jacket while being interviewed by Jimmy, 47, on the NBC talk show.All-black outfit: The 29-year-old singer wore an all-black outfit for their performance of the lead single from their upcoming eighth studio album Holy F***
Upcoming album: The singer acknowledged her fans while promoting the new single and upcoming eighth studio album'It's definitely a change of pace for me. But I'm also going back to my roots because that's what I started singing when I released my first album and my second album,' Demi said. 'I made this album, you know, clean and sober. I can't say that about my last album. But this one I'm really, really proud about,' the singer said.Rocking out: The singer rocked out while performing live in New York City'I love you. I look up to you. Every time I see you do something, I'm like, ''Ooh, come on, buddy. Get back up.'' And you get back up and you just knock people out.
Demi on the talk show also revealed borrowing a song-writing technique from John Mayer, 44, who creates songs from the song titles.
