SINGAPORE: The wife and four children of a doctor who died in 2021 tussled in court over his life savings of S$4 million, even though he made a will in 2012 stating that the money held in two bank accounts should be equally divided among his four children.
KUALA LUMPUR: The demarche notice Malaysia received from the United States concerning its position on the Israel-Palestine conflict cannot be taken lightly, says the Foreign Minister.“We know that what is going on now is a very big crisis involving a major power. We cannot take it lightly. This is not the first time,” he said while adding that there were three demarches previously.
“It is not as dramatic as Tambun described. If it is true it was a threat like what Tambun had said, then it is a national threat that has to be dealt with properly and adequately by Wisma Putra,” Ahmad Fayhsal said. Our ambassador firmly stated our position,” he said during Prime Minister’s Question Time in the Dewan Rakyat here on Tuesday . He said this came about because Malaysia refused to condemn Hamas’ actions and brand the group as terrorists.
