Clock ending explained: Is Ella really dead?
, Ella Patel has it all: a successful career as an in-demand interior designer, a stunning suburban home, and a perfect marriage to doctor-in-training Aiden .
After undergoing a series of psychological tests, Ella starts taking medication – but it has some disturbing side effects. Back at her own house, Ella is now determined to have a baby and starts having sex with Aiden... but it's only been two weeks since she got the implant. The mechanism cuts Aiden's manhood and amid the chaos she finds his bag, which has the clinic's logo on it.
With that, Ella takes it upon herself to remove the implant with a pair of pliers, and the colour instantly returns to her previously dulled world.
