Deliberate valve tampering disrupted water supply to Rethabiseng township, says City of Tshwane
The City of Tshwane believes that an act of sabotage may be behind a prolonged water outage in Rethabiseng.
The City said it had received information that there was"a deliberate act of sabotage in Rethabiseng aimed at denying the residents their human right of access to water".
