Delays possible at site of Lancaster County interchange project: PennDOT

Signals will be deactivated with traffic controlled by flaggers; expect some delays.

Utility work planned from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the intersection of Centerville and Hempland roads will require a power outage so power lines can be moved. Traffic signals at the intersection will be deactivated. Flaggers will provide traffic control at the intersection. There may be significant delays. Motorists are advised to use alternate routes.
