Colorado head football coach Deion Sanders is showing little concern about the rash of transfers out of his football program following spring practice.
Sanders lost 14 players to the transfer portal this week, but the second-year Buffaloes coach did not express much concern when speaking to the media about the departures."I trust the recruiting team. I trust our coaches, and please have some faith in me. We good. We all right. We all right.""I think we got some coming in from visits pretty soon, maybe even this weekend, but we can attract those type of players," Sanders added.
Whether or not the concerns of fans and media around the Colorado program are warranted remains to be seen, but the fan base will be expecting a better year two than year one for Sanders in 2024.
