Deathstroke's healing factor beats Wolverine's in one key way: he doesn't age. In Marvel's various potential futures, Wolverine is usually an old man, but Slade Wilson remains in his prime centuries after the experiments that gave him his powers.
Like the mutant hero known as Wolverine, DC's uber-assassin Deathstroke was experimented on to become an enhanced soldier, enhancing his body and supercharging his natural abilities. One of the most striking similarities is their respective healing factors; a shared ability that has saved their lives countless times.
Slade Wilson became Deathstroke after he allowed the army to conduct experiments on him, effectively turning him into a super soldier. After the procedure, when his powers went on the fritz and his mind began to lose its grip on reality, his governmental overlords debated killing him to cover up an apparent mistake. However, Deathstroke quickly regained control over himself, making it seem like the serum wore off and he was human again, leading to the army discharging him.
While Wolverine’s healing factor slows his aging process down exponentially, stories like Old Man Logan, Wolverine: The End and Days of Future Past prove that he is still susceptible to the aging process. The super soldier serum pumping through Deathstroke’s veins keeps his body at its prime and refuses to let him age.
Deathstroke proves in this story that his healing factor doesn’t just fix his injuries, but it has seemingly made Slade immortal. Having not aged for five hundred years sets a precedent that either this person won’t show signs of aging for thousands of years, or he never will.
