Energy Minister Fatih Durmaz said efforts were continuing to reach 15 people. Most of them are in the mine’s gallery where a fire is still burning. Four or five other miners were trapped in cave-ins, Durmaz added. The minister earlier said that preliminary assessments indicated thatEfforts are continuing to rescue 15 people, most of whom are trapped in the mine’s gallery.Relatives of the miners, wrapped up against the cold, waited outside the mine overnight, desperate for any news about their loved ones.
