DBKL will meet stakeholders over city structure plan amendments

KUALA Lumpur City Hall will hold six engagement sessions with the public and stakeholders over amendments to the Kuala Lumpur Structure Plan 2040 draft. Kuala Lumpur mayor Kamarulzaman Mat Salleh said the sessions are set for May 18, 19, 23, 24, 25 and 26 from 8.30am to 12.30pm at Megapuri Hall, Menara DBKL 1, Jalan Raja Laut.
“All members of the public who are interested in participating in this engagement session are welcome to register at the linkHe said the engagement session was in line with Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim’s statement regarding the postponement of the gazetting of PSKL2040 until May 31, 2023. In a statement issued on April 8, the prime minister said the postponement would give DBKL sufficient time to hold engagement sessions with stakeholders to explain and get feedback regarding PSKL2040. – Bernama, April 18, 2023.
