The northern Victorian childcare centre reopened today and is cooperating with the Education Department and police.

The bus service has been cancelled until further notice, according to a text message from Lulla's sent to parents and seen by the ABC."The centre will only allow entry for children and staff, beyond the gate, to ensure the safety of those attending each day," the text message said. "The staff and family affected have been offered counselling to support them through this process," the statement said.
