Dawand Jones is officially the NFL Scouting Combine’s largest man, and Zach Harrison and Paris Johnson Jr. join him as the only players at this year’s combine with 36+-inch arms.
The former Ohio State offensive tackle measured in at 6’8 1/4” and 374 pounds with 11 5/8” hands, 36 3/8” arms and an 87 7/8” wingspan – all the largest numbers among all players at the 2023 NFL Scouting Combine.
Jones is one of just three players at the combine who measured in at 6-foot-8, along with fellow offensive tackles Blake Freeland and Dalton Wagner . He’s 39 pounds larger than the second-heaviest player, Baylor defensive tackle Siaki Ika. He is one of only five players at the combine with hands of at least 11 inches or wider.
Ohio State swept the podium of the three players with the longest arms at the NFL Scouting Combine, as defensive end Zach Harrison and fellow offensive tackle Paris Johnson Jr. are the only three players in Indianapolis this year with arms longer than 36 inches.
