Davis family sells Governors Park land in Clay County
The Davis family and The PARC Group have announced the sale of approximately 3,000 acres of undeveloped land in Green Cove Springs.
Purchased in 2019 by entities controlled by the Davis family, the land was slated for development following the connection of the First Coast Expressway with Interstate 95. “Our focus will remain on our current land holdings while we continue to pursue other land opportunities in Northeast Florida,” said Jed Davis, president and CEO of DDI, Inc., a Davis family company, in the release.
