Prologis vice-president and leasing officer Andrew Forsyth said the project “reflects our ongoing commitment to reposition urban industrial properties to support our customers. Bushwick’s creative energy, combined with excellent regional connectivity, make this an outstanding home for a world-class design firm like David Stark.”Prologis, a leading specialist in logistics real estate development and investment, owns or managed 207 warehouse and distribution centers in the New York-New Jersey region as of June.
