But I admired the photo. I prefer leaders who can see past their own ego and put the interest of Albertans first, second and third, especially during a time of crisis. Of course, appearing together in this photo doesn’t mean there aren’t crucial and major policy differences between the UCP and NDP. But it does show some indication that Smith and Notley understand that to be premier, you’ve got to serve all Albertans, even the many who disagree with you, and especially in a time of crisis.
