After sitting out UAAP Seasons 84 and 85 due to an ACL injury, David suited up for the Green Archers at last.
“For me, it is really a big deal that I was given a chance by Coach Topex to come back and play. I am thankful that I was able to step in the game again,” David told reporters in Filipino after La Salle’s 91-71 drubbing of UST.The strong performance of David could be tied to starting guard Evan Nelle, who vouched for the former’s strong play.
