Dave's Hot Chicken is opening its first outpost in New Caney, now its sixth in the Greater Houston area. The Los Angeles-based chicken chain is doing a grand opening on Friday, Jan. 13.The new restaurant is in the 21600 block of Highway 59. It will be open Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m; and Friday through Sunday, 11 a.m. to 12 a.m.
