Dave Grohl played Glastonbury with Sir Paul McCartney last night and appeared to pay tribute to his late Foo Fighters bandmate, Taylor Hawkins.

My friend from the west coast of America, Dave Grohl.’ However, the Foo Fighters frontman revealed it hadn’t been a smooth journey to Glasto, explaining: ‘Well I started on Wednesday, then the flight got cancelled, back to the airport Thursday and then the flight got cancelled, but I swear I would never miss being on stage with you right now.’
