Saget was found dead at the age of 65 on Sunday in his hotel room at the Ritz-Carlton in Orlando, Fla. His cause of death has yet to be determined.

Officials at the time said that there was no sign of foul play or drug use and that “the cause and manner of death are pending further studies and investigation which may take up to 10-12 weeks to complete.”Chappelle and Saget were close friends.“He was everything to us and we want you to know how much he loved his fans, performing live and bringing people from all walks of life together with laughter,” the family said in the statement.
