Davao Region is set to receive five specimen collection booths (SCB) which will be used to collect samples from persons suspected with the Covid-19.

He said the agency targets to distribute the SCBs to the recipients on April 30 along with the design blueprint and manual of operation from Fame for duplication. He said the regional office will assist and facilitate the installation. Barroga said each SCB costs about P130,000.Meanwhile, DOH-Davao Region assistant regional director Lenny Joy Rivera said the agency recently received a total of 1,900 collection kits and are still waiting for the test kits developed in the University of the Philippines .
