Commissioner Justin Douglas called on the Dauphin County solicitor to enforce an ordinance that permits the commissioners to see some of Visit Hershey & Harrisburg's records.

At a public Dauphin County commissioners meeting Wednesday, Commissioner Justin Douglas said he met last week with the tourism bureau to address concerns regarding “recent reports” about Visit Hershey & Harrisburg and to request documents related to those concerns. He said the leaders initially told him the bureau is a private entity and declined to provide the documents, Douglas said.
