Her daughter, Rebecca Williams, said the family had to disembark the cruise so they could take her to hospital in Guatemala, but she sadly died days later.
‘When we’ve managed to speak to a general manager in person, he told us he was very sorry, but it’s company policy to sell on a room that isn’t being used.’ The family claim while Florence was in hospital, they were told by a manager they were able to keep both rooms.
