Kota Kinabalu: Mahkamah Majistret di sini menjatuhkan hukuman denda RM1,000 atau penjara tiga bulan kepada seorang lelaki berusia 54 tahun kerana mendatangkan kecederaan ke atas seorang lelaki.
Majistret Stephanie Sherron Abbie menjatuhkan hukuman itu terhadap Isah Ujal selepas dia mengaku bersalah secara sengaja menyebabkan kecederaan terhadap Norarif Zulkifli pada 8 April tahun ini, antara jam 3 pagi dan 4.50 pagi, dekat Taman Putra Mas, Manggatal.Pertuduhan di bawah Seksyen 323 Kanun Keseksaan itu membawa hukuman penjara sehingga setahun atau denda sehingga RM2,000 atau kedua-duanya sekali, jika sabit kesalahan.
