Former Liverpool midfielder Danny Murphy speaks exclusively to the ECHO about Liverpool's summer transfer window
Ex-Liverpool midfielder Danny Murphy says he holds sympathy for Liverpool's owners Fenway Sports Group after Moises Caicedo snubbed a move to Anfield - but insists he was glad to see the Reds miss out on a deal for the Ecuadorian.

"Players who make the difference in big games to win you things and get you the goals. If you're gonna risk 100-plus million of the club's money, I don't think it should ever be on a holding midfielder because there are a lot of good, destructive holding midfielders out there.
