The Philadelphia region is experiencing life-threatening cold this weekend with wind chills that could drop to as low as negative 25 degrees.Officials are urging everyone to plan ahead as dangerously cold temperatures are expected this weekend. NBC10's Shaira Arias reports.If you lose power during the strong winds, make sure you and your family stay hydrated, stay warm with wearing lots of layers and make sure to ventilate your space properly when using generators and heaters. Temperatures will fall into the single-digits by the middle of the morning and wind chills will be around negative 10 and negative 25 degrees all day.Then, on Sunday the bitter cold will continue but the winds gusts of 20 to 30 m.p.h. that will relax as the day goes on.Lifestyle
