Joey Essex breaks silence on steamy Maura Higgins kiss: 'Her tongue was down my throat!'
Rumours of a romance were flying between reality stars Joey Essex and Maura Higgins after they were snapped enjoying a steamy kiss at the Pride of Britain Awards last October.
Joey denied any sort of romance with former Love Island star Maura, 32, as he explained what happened in the flirtatious moment, in which he and a yellow dress-clad Maura were captured touching tongues. It looks like Joey could have a new leading lady in his life now, however, as he appears to be growing ever-closer to his Dancing on Ice skating pro partner, Vanessa Bauer, and the pair were previously snapped cosying up at TV Choice Awards in November.
