"I think the judges are there for a reason, they are very accomplished judges," he said."We have to respect the decision that they gave. "Also, the public vote is very strong. So what I’m finding a lot of the time is people are very opinionated on who should have gone through and who shouldn’t, but they don’t vote."You’ve got to pick up the vote, especially at the final. The final is down to public vote, it’s a public decision."
Dan also discussed the unpredictability of the results each week, saying that it has made the series more exciting. "It’s been that tight every weekend, it’s been a shock every week," he said."Sometimes it’s been unpredictable, but the unpredictability has made it so exciting to watch."
