UFC President Dana White didn't seem surprised when he heard the latest injury news on his former UFC world champion, Sean O'Malley.

O'Malley didn't mention this injury immediately after the fight, nor on his podcast. Instead, he mentioned while on the phone with popular streamer Adin Ross, who wasVeteran combat sports journalist Kevin Iole asked White if he'd heard about O'Malley's injury and how O'Malley or any other athlete could perform at a high level with this physical issue. He also asked White how the UFC could police fighters hiding injuries.

"Literally, everybody reached out to me that night and said Sean O'Malley didn't look like himself," White said."He didn't look explosive. He didn't look, you know, all the same stuff we were all saying that night. Not to take anything from Merab—but correct, I mean, everybody felt that way."
