Dan Wootton has made a plea for cash donations as he attempts to fight serious allegations made against him. The GB News presenter earlier said he "vehemently denies" claims made by the Byline Times.
The Mirror has spoken to one former colleague of Wootton, who was in contact with a Martin Branning, but are yet to independently verify any link between Branning and Wootton. The Mirror presented the allegations made by the Bylines Times to GB News on Monday, who replied on Wednesday: "Dan commented on this extensively in his programme last night and we won't be elaborating."
Now, former Lorraine host Dan has made a public plea for cash to help fund his legal fight against the recent allegations. He posted a link to his donation page on Twitter, which had been titled Stop Dan Wootton being cancelled by far left online smears.
