Lionsgate has released the Damaged trailer for the upcoming crime thriller, starring Marvel vet Samuel L. Jackson.

“How do you catch a brilliant monster? When a sadistic murderer surfaces in Scotland, terrified local authorities call on a Chicago police detective who investigated a killing spree with the same horrific pattern five years earlier,” reads the film’s synopsis. “Samuel L. Jackson and Vincent Cassel star in this shocking thriller about two detectives with tortured pasts trying to stop a merciless serial killer before he claims his next victim.
In addition to Damaged, Jackson will next be seen in Peacock’s upcoming crime drama miniseries Fight Night: The Million Dollar Heist, which will also star Empire alums Terrence Howard and Taraji P. Henson. Jackson is also lending his voice in Sony’s upcoming The Garfield Movie, where he’ll play the titular cat’s estranged father Vic.Maggie Dela Paz has been writing about the movie and TV industry for more than four years now.
