Majority of North Texas was placed under a heat advisory through Wednesday evening as storms moved through the region giving way to triple-digit temperatures.
That hot and humid weather will likely bring Dallas-Fort Worth back up to triple-digit temperatures by Wednesday or Thursday. There’s no rain or storms in the forecast between Thursday and Sunday.
In Dallas, the high Wednesday is forecast to be 110 on the heat index, dropping by a degree each following day until Sunday. The lows also remain relatively the same, hovering between 79 and 81.. Austin was ranked No. 1, followed by San Antonio in 4th, and Houston, Fort Worth and Dallas following respectively.
