Deputies said all of the victims suffered gunshot wounds to their lower extremities with no known life-threatening injuries.
IRVING, Texas — A Dallas police sergeant was arrested on domestic violence accusations in Irving on Sunday,Ruben Lozano, who was off-duty when the alleged incident happened in September, was taken into custody on charges of unlawful restraint and family violence, according to a news release from Dallas police officials.
Lozano's wife told police that her and Lozano"had a verbal argument regarding his infidelity," according to the police affidavit. She said Lozano allowed her to go through his phone but then asked for the phone back. The affidavit said Lozano grabbed his wife's arm multiple times, pulled her back inside the home, and"continuously closed the garage as she pressed the button to open the garage."
