She said they’re projecting full funding in 68 years — in the year 2090 — “and that’s if all goes well.” The state requires full funding by 2055. “I mean, is it where we want to be? Well, absolutely not, but we’re growing,” Mata said. “These things take time and it doesn’t help when you’ve had a horrible market this last year.”
