A third person is now facing capital murder charges after a fatal shooting of a teenager in the Victory Park area of Oak Lawn.Dallas police previously arrested a 15-year-old girl and a 16-year-old girl in the days following the shooting. Both are facing charges of capital murder, police said.Police responded about 5:15 a.m. July 14 to a shooting call in the 2500 block of North Houston Street, near the American Airlines Center, Dallas police previously said.
Police later found the suspects in a vehicle and attempted a traffic stop, but they ran from the vehicle and fled on foot, police said. One of the suspects, who police said is a 15-year-old girl, was taken into custody July 14.A 16-year-old girl was arrested July 15, police said. The names of the suspects will not be released due to their ages, police said.for Reynosa said he born in Houston and was a good kid who loved to hang out with his friends.
