The 22-story Maple Terrace apartment tower in Dallas' Uptown district will start leasing the first residences in early 2024.
The luxury high-rise will join its neighboring historic Uptown building on Maple Avenue.The 22-story residential tower is an addition to the almost century-old Uptown Dallas building, which has been converted into luxury office space by Houston-based Hines, Mitsui Fudosan America and McNair Interests.
Apartments in the new tower will be ready for tenants in the first quarter, said Hines senior managing director Ben Brewer.Brewer said the apartments feature “upscale design features and club-like amenities for the ultimate Uptown living experience.” “Maple Terrace Residences merge timeless architecture with a luxury, modernized living experience, presenting a unique and reimagined opportunity for residents,” he said.A rendering of the top floor conservatory at the new Maple Terrace apartment tower which starts leasing early next year.Apartments in the new building will range from 600 to 2,900 square feet. The residential community will include a fitness center, dog park, outdoor gardens, a café, coworking spaces and a tenant lounge.
On the top floor of the high-rise, there will be a “conservatory” with dining and event spaces and an outdoor terrace.Hines isn’t disclosing where rents will start. The smallest rental units in the developer’s Victory Park apartment tower – The Victor – go for more than $2,100 a month.Architects GFF, 5G Studio Collaborative and design firm Rottet Studio worked on the Maple Terrace project.
