Storms are raining on Dallas-Fort Worth on Wednesday and after a break Thursday will linger into Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

The showers should move out of the region later in the day with fog developing in the evening as a cold front moves through. No severe weather is expected.A slow-moving system will bring widespread showers across the region as early as Friday night and continue through early Sunday, forecasts show. Thunderstorms are also possible.
“Rainfall totals will be heaviest across our southeast counties where 1″ to 2″ of rain is expected,” a weather service forecast reads. “There is still some uncertainty with this forecast and a slower moving system would result in heavier totals.”Temperatures in Dallas will be in the 50s before a weekend warm-up pushes them into the 60s on Sunday. Lows will be in the 40s or high 30s.Mostly cloudy and a bit milder with a 30% chance of showers. Low: 44. High: 64. Wind: S 10-15 mph.
