Dallas developer is planning an apartment community in northwest Fort Worth with 378 units.
A Dallas developer is eyeing a site on Interstate 820 in Fort Worth for another apartment community.The Birchway Quarry Falls development is planned at the northeast corner of Old Decatur Road and I-820, according to planning documents filed with the state. The $57 million project will include 378 apartments in nine three-story buildings.
The project is being planned by Fort Worth Quarry Co., an affiliate of Dallas’ Oakwell Capital. Construction is expected to start this summer. Meeks + Partners is designing the apartments, which will open in 2025.
