The Dallas Cowboys' young star is being asked to pay up.
Diggs reportedly moved out of the resident last July “in lieu of eviction.”
The landlord is seeking $33,500 for unpaid rent and late fees. The suit also includes fees for yard maintenance, damage and carpet cleaning. Diggs was Dallas’ second-round pick in the 2020 draftt. He had 11 interceptions in 2021, and just wrapped up a season in which he had 50 tackles and three picks.
