Tying the knot? Dallas County will soon accept marriage applications online.
During the pandemic, much of his office’s functioning was hampered because in-person meetings are required for many services. Warren said he hadn’t thought of marriages as needing to be immediate until he heard stories of people losing jobs during the pandemic and therefore losing their insurance. Applicants will be asked several questions, be required to upload supporting documents like forms of identification, schedule a follow-up appointment and enter in payment options all through the software program.
