The Broe Group and Hudson Valley Parking Trust will look to help Dallas-based Platinum Parking reinvent the future of mobile parking.Private investment firm The Broe Group and parking platform Hudson Valley Parking Trust are acquiring Dallas-based Platinum Parking, scooping up 106 parking lots in Dallas-Fort Worth and an additional 72 in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Sugar Land and Laredo.

“Texas is such a great growth market in the United States, both on a population and corporate basis. Parking follows employment and density in urban areas,” Skillett said. So we really wanted to find a company that was well established in that market, and Platinum, we think, is the best.”
