A Dallas-based parking platform responsible for parking at Cowboys, Mavericks, Rangers and Stars games is merging with a U.K.-based parking platform.

The new combined company will serve over 20 million drivers worldwide and will handle $1 billion in booking volume.

ParkHub, FTV Capital and LLR Partners were not available at the time of publication. But ParkHub’s CEO, Jeff Shanahan, said the merger will create more opportunities for both companies.“We are excited to invest in JustPark’s vision to provide the world’s best parking experiences and look forward to leveraging the combined company’s capabilities for our marquee customers across North America and the UK,” Shanahan said in a statement.

ParkHub was founded in 2010 by parking industry veteran George Baker Sr. to make parking easier for drivers by using its “search, scan, park” process. Baker still serves as ParkHub’s chairman, according toThough FTV and LLR have not identified how much it’s invested in the company with the merger, ParkHub has raised nearly $132 million since it was founded, according to PitchBook Data.
