La Boca is a new gelato brand in downtown Dallas that brings to Texas the texture and traditional flavors of Argentine ice cream. It also offers many vegan options.Martin Pereyra, one of the owners of La Boca, said that although their product is available at the market in downtown Dallas, they think the ice cream delivery service will encourage consumption with family or gatherings with friends.“In Argentina, people usually eat ice cream as a family when they are together or at gatherings, so we wanted to change a little bit the way ice cream is eaten in Texas,” Pereyra told. “We want those who are at home and want ice cream to be able to enjoy it just by ordering it.
