Officials in Dallas County, Texas, said six people were killed after two historic military planes collided and crashed during the Wings Over Dallas World War II Airshow.
The Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress and a Bell P-63 Kingcobra collided and crashed around 1:20 p.m. during an airshow at Dallas Executive Airport in Dallas on Saturday, the FAA said in a statement.
Dallas County officials said six people were killed in the fiery crash and that authorities were working to identify the victims.described the accident as a"terrible tragedy in our city" and noted that there were still many unanswered questions regarding it.
