Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott signs autographs for young fans before the first half against the Cleveland Browns, Sunday, Sept. 8, 2024, in Cleveland. There will apparently need to be more where that came from, because Prescott has no intention of leaving the Cowboys organization, he told his brother, Tad, in“First of all, I plan to play more than four years, so Jerry’s gone owe me another contract, to get that straight.
“But, yeah, I mean, grew up a Cowboys fan and always wanted to really, not only just be a Cowboy, be in the NFL, play the game that I love and fell in love with at such a young age. And can’t really remember when I fell in love with it, but playing it at its highest level, that’s what’s most important to me, the fact that I’m able to do that.
“I owe so much to the city of Dallas, and I want to be able to deliver my end of the deal and bring the city, bring the Jones, bring the Cowboys organization, the Super Bowl that’s long overdue.”SportsDay Staff .
