OxeFit manufactures and sells smart gym systems that leverage AI to enable resistance-based strength training. The systems come with data-driven fitness programs that allow users to compete virtually with professional athletes and other users through an integrated online ecosystem called OxeLife. The startup offers a smart gym system aimed at elite athletes, fitness clubs and rehabilitation centers called the XP1 that was released in April 2021. The company sets itself apart from other smart gyms with real-time monitoring technology that it says can potentially prevent injury.called the XS1 in December at $6,300 for the base model. The company has lowered that price since launch to $3,799 with optional $79 per month financing and an additional membership fee of $40 per month.
A spokesperson for OxeFit declined to provide details about the company’s sales but said in a statement that the XS1 has surpassed expected sales volume since its launch. “We’re excited by the support of the pro athlete community. Adding Dustin and Jalen to our team of investors further validates the need — and excitement — for smarter, more diverse, at-home fitness systems,” OxeFit co-founder and CEO Rab Shanableh said in a statement. “From day one, we’ve been committed to bringing professional-level workouts to consumer homes in an incredibly unique way.”
