Keon Gill, 43, was fatally shot in the chest and an unidentified 35-year-man was shot in the knee after the festivities at West 242nd Street and Broadway in Riverdale at about 2:50 a.m., cops and A relative told the Daily News it was an attempted robbery, describing Gill as a “dedicated father” and a husband.
