For its coronation week on the multi-metric Hot Rap Songs chart, “Pop Dat Thang” registered 8 million official streams, 20.1 million in radio airplay audience impressions and a negligible amount of track sales in the United States for the tracking week of May 1-7, according to Luminate. The tallies in each count were improvements over the last week, of 24%, 7%, and 19%, respectively.
Streaming gains, particularly, trace to a boost from the first week impact of a high-profile remix that added featured verses from GloRilla, Yung Miami and YKNIECE. for the first time, up from No. 2.
