The Johannesburg mayor had to cancel his meeting with Alexandra residents after he finally showing up to address community members.
Alex residents booed and heckled him refusing to let Masahaba present his Integrated Development Plan.
They accused the ANC of purposefully bussing people to the meeting to ensure Johannesburg Mayor, Herman Mashaba's address couldn't take place.
